Nope. Many of our clients aren’t home during cleanings. As long as we have secure access - a key, code, or someone to let us in - we’ll take care of everything. You’ll come home to a space that’s fresh, clean, and exactly how you want it.
Yes — we bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment. Have a product you prefer? Let us know, and we’ll gladly use it.
We understand life changes. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
We do our best to send the same cleaner or team for each visit to ensure consistency and comfort. While occasional changes happen due to scheduling, rest assured every cleaner is fully trained and background-checked.
Cleaning time depends on your home’s size and the type of service. You’ll see an estimated time in the booking summary box — this is shown in man hours and divided by the number of cleaners assigned.
For example, if your estimate is 5 man hours and we send 2 cleaners, they’ll each be there for about 2.5 hours.
